Digital Filmmaking weekend workshop:

While all the industries are moving towards digitalization, film making is no exception. With the constant updates in the technological and filmmaking aspects, there is a need for all students to keep themselves up to date in order to be able to sustain themselves in the industry. The workshop aims to train students in all aspects of filmmaking on the digital front. All the departments such as cinematography, videography, editing, Direction and sound designing will be touched upon in this workshop.

Topics that will be discussed in the workshop:

-          Introduction to filmmaking

-          Evolution of cinema

-          Reel to digital

-          Linear to non linear editing

-          Sound engineering equipments and software

-          Editing software

-          Usage of digital cameras

Eligibility criteria:

All the students who want to enroll for this workshop need to be passionate about filmmaking. There are no restrictions based on age, gender, educational qualification or prior work experience.

Equipments:

All the equipments required for the class and practice session will be provided by us. In case any student wishes to bring his/her own equipments, they may feel free to do so.
