About The Event

Principles of Personal Mastery

Pre-Work:

There is no pre-work required.

Program Objective:

By attending this workshop, the participants will be able to understand how to develop mindfulness,

heartfulness and bodyfulness that helps individuals to be self-aware, compassionate and energetic.

This is important in professional or personal life

Program Context:

Individuals and organizations invest significant time in learning how to lead others and businesses.

Little time is however invested in understanding how to lead-self. Effective leaders can only nurture

others if they understand how to take care of themselves – at physical, emotional, intellectual and

energetic levels. The workshop educates individuals in how to lead self in some of these areas.

Program Overview and Content:

The workshop will focus on the following:

ï‚· The paradox of leadership – leadership crisis despite increasing investment in education

ï‚· Becoming a self-leader: a meta model of leadership

ï‚· Becoming self-aware: learning practices of being mindful/self-aware

ï‚· Becoming heartful: learning practices of gratitude and empathy to be compassionate

ï‚· Becoming bodyful: learning a few simple ways to keep energetic in body

ï‚· Overall: learning from each other and from inspirational videos on how to lead a joyful life

NOTE: The program will be interactive and will leave something practical to implement thereafter
