Mr Pal is founder and Director of Jumpstart creative studio and Skillsupplies Retail. He has been engaged in field of design for over eighteen years and currently practises design and creation independently through jumpstart creative studio located in Bangalore. Apart from design he has keen interest in creative problem solving and other form of art creative art like sculpture,painting, photography, illustration etc. He is actively engaged with almost all the automotive design studio, and some of non-automotive OEMs in for of supplies, visualization, training etc.
