TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Pass once purchased is non refundable and non transferable
2. All passes are segmented as per the type and services are according to the type of pass.
3. Entry will not be permitted if the pass is not authentic as per our codes and terms.
4. Management can alter the performance slot as per their discretion.
5. No harm shall be caused to venue property or it's allied, same will be charged to the pass holder.
6. Management in no case shall be responsible to any loss or theft of personal belongings due to ignorance or negligence.
7. No dangerous or potentially harmful substances shall be carried in any manner.
8. No bags/ backpacks, cameras are to be carried to the event. We do not hold responsibility for same and state it's non acceptance at venue.
9. Management hold the right to record the party footage and photos including all happenings of event. Same can be utilized by the management.
10. Event will include heavy sound, lighting, and other requirements. Hence, pass holders are assumed to consider their health and related issues, if any.
11. Any person found doing any unethical or foul activity will be strictly removed from the venue without any claim for refund, and passholder being responsible for his actions and consequences of same.
12. Management will take care of security but in no case takes responsibility of loss of life. Passholder is expected to enjoy responsibly.
13. Management holds the right of admission and rejection on it's discretion without any refund or reason ground.
14. Entry will be refused if pass is tempered/defaced/damaged.
15. Entry will be refused if passholder is in inebriated state.
16. Possession, consumption and distribution of narcotics and banned substances is punishable offence and anybody found indulging in this will be handed over to police.
17. No liability claims of food,pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.
18. The management reserve the right without refund or other resources, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary ejecting the holder of the pass from the venue after they have entered.
