About the expert - Ganesh Dalvi
An alumnus of IHM – Mumbai, Ganesh also holds post graduate diploma in management studies majoring in Human Resources. He is an internationally Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the Association of Facilitator (IAF).
Ganesh has more than 18 years of work experience in operations & training with renowned brands like Reliance Retail, McDonalds, The Orchid, Inter-continental, The Lalit, and JW Marriott, handling various roles in the HR and L&D space. He has been associated as a Learning & OD consultant with brands like Johnson & Johnson, Lakme, Axis Bank, L&T Finance, AdLabs, Novotel, NYK logistics, First Gulf Bank, Agility, and Capgemini to name a few. He is also a visiting faculty and guest lecturer at various management colleges.
Goal Setting, Leadership, Managing Conflict, Change Management, Vision-Mission Cascade, Strategy, Team Building, and Effective Communication Skills are some areas where Ganesh operates as a consultant in India and abroad. His forte is group engagement using various pedagogy like process facilitation, storytelling, games and activities.
