DAKSH, the second largest techno-management fest of South India is being held on Feb 22,23,24 at SASTRA Deemed University located in Tiruchirapalli -Thanjavur highway. The thirteenth edition of DAKSH with the theme 'Sixth Sense' is aimed at being bigger and better than the previous editions.
SASTRA Deemed University is known for its artistic infrastructure and eco friendly environment, which provides an ideal ambience for the holistic growth and development of students. DAKSH, the techno-management Fest of SASTRA welcomes advancements and discoveries that come forth as a result of ideas and implementation in Engineering.
A detailed description of the series of events that will be happening during DAKSH are mentioned below:

*Apart from the events mentioned in the above links, we have three FLAGSHIP EVENTS this time, which are
1) IOT :- Students will be taught to work with Raspberry pi
2) DRONE :- Parts of drones will be given and students will be taught to assemble and work with it
3) 3D PRINTING:- 3 dimensional model of the best design will be printed.
4) ALEXA:- Students will be taught to code and modify the functionalities of alexa.
5) AI ROBOTICS:- Students will be taught on basics of neural networks and robotics. Optimisation techniques on how to build your intelligent robot.

Renowned people from all over the country are invited to SASTRA every year to enlighten the students on various topics and provide motivation and impart knowledge in them.
