CSPO Training Programme
You already know the basics of Scrum and now want to know how Agile requirements engineering and planning agile projects in Scrum works? You want to deepen your knowledge on how to work together optimally with your team and stakeholders as a Product Owner to achieve the best results? Then this training is right for you! Here you will learn the latest developments and current practices of agile requirements mangement, as well as how to plan agile projects and how to communicate with stakeholders about planning and progress. In this training, we will focus particularly on the roles and responsibilities of the Product Owner in Scrum. This training is required of certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
In these two days you will get to know Scrum from a different angle. This workshop differs greatly from classical classroom lectures, in our training we generally use no slides, instead we make use of the latest techniques in brain research to impart knowledge: We work very interactively in small groups to practice and learn the concepts. We will discuss, hear real life stories and practical examples and also acquire knowledge by doing exercises in workgroups and contrasting the results. You will deepen your knowledge of Scrum by getting accompanied by an experienced Scrum coach.
The training deepens the important aspects of Scrum and, compared to the Scrum Essentials training, goes into more detail on the Scrum Roles (particularly the Product Owner), the artifacts and meetings. In addition, manyvaluable tips and advice from practical experiences are given, which are helpful for the daily work as a Product Owner. Note: We will not deal with the Scrum basics in this training.
The training lasts two days, the full attendance is required for the certification as a CSPO.
Who should attend? This training is intended primarily for Product Owners as well as people who want to deal with agile software development from the perspective of requirements and planning of agile projects more intensively. Like the CSM training, this training requires basic knowledge of Scrum. The CSPO training focuses on the role, the duties andresponsibilities of the Product Owner, the collaboration with the team and it deepens modern practices of agile requirements engineering and agile planning. This training provides the basis for the CSPO-Certification at the ScrumAlliance. It is, however, important to mention that the participation in this training requires basic knowledge of Scrum thru our CSM Training programme.
