About The Event

Terms & Conditions

• The tickets once booked can be cancelled or rebooked under the following conditions:
  • > 30 days before the event: Full refund (Excluding payment gateway charges)
  • 16 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund (Excluding payment gateway charges)
  • 7 to 15 days before the event: 25% refund (Excluding payment gateway charges)
  • Start of event to 7 days before the event: No refund
• Due to the the unforseen nature of the current world events, the event may be cancelled or postponed with an advance notice to participants. These reasons may include but not limited to
  • An unforeseen natural or human induced emergency
  • Changes in event terms and conditions by the certifying body
  • Less than the quorum required to complete a successful workshop

In above mentioned circumstances, participants can opt to move their nomination to another workshop by the same trainer or opt for a full refund

• All refunds due would be credited within 14 working days after the approval of refund request
• A minimum of 14 hour video presence is mandatory to be eligible for certification workshops delivered through LVC mode
