Sounds familiar??

May be ScrumMaster is that right role you have been looking for!!!

Presenting a workshop for Change Catalysts, Mentors, Leaders, Management Team members and  team members (Only for those who can't sit idle and ARE NOT willing to accept the status quo) which gives you the right impetus, skills and experience to be the catalyst for change in your team, organization or even personal life!

You may NOT join this workshop if:

  • You are looking to just get a rubber stamp certification
  • Looking to doze through the class and get help from books for passing the exam
  • Not willing to apply the learnings in real life
  • Not willing to talk and interact to your fellow co-learners

Psst….Here's what has been heard about this workshop in the past

“Let me tell you about the intangible effect the course has had, specifically for me. The training was like a spark, it suddenly made me remember the many times in my career in different firms and circumstances, that I had adopted Agile mindset – whether it was to over come a system constraint, or implementing practices like test automation or release implementation retrospectives, or create a configurable solution, or to gain customer feedback through early demo practice (all of this without knowing about Scrum framework)”

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“We are grateful for the very interactive workshop you delivered and great insights shared.

I believe those will indeed make a positive impact in our decisions we make to improve our team & projects”

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“This was the best training experience for me. Thank you Madhur for making it worth the investment, as I was paying from my own pocket.”

About your Instructor: Madhur Kathuria

Madhur’s love affair with Agile philosophy started in 2004, when he began working on an Agile approach to requirements management in his first job. This also allowed him to work in close company with Ivar Jacobson, the guru of Rational Unified Process (RUP). After that he played multiple roles across various organizations, including that of a developer, business analyst, test engineer and test manager, ScrumMaster, process and CMMI consultant, and Agile trainer and coach. He has also led Agile coach teams for various customer and employer teams.

As part of his coaching assignments, Madhur has been part of close to 100+ Agile transformations (with organizational sizes ranging from 100 to 15,000).

He became India’s first Certified Scrum Coach in 2011. Since becoming a CST in 2014, he has helped train and nurture more than 9000 CSM and CSPOs.

He is also the author of the AgileFEED Educational Framework, Battlefield Agility Framework and VDBM change management concept.

Madhur established and chairs the India Scrum Enthusiasts Community (ISEC), a nonprofit body of 25,000-plus Scrum practitioners and Agile believers.
