Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) aka CSM Certification training offers in-depth coverage of Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master. Through engaging content, group activities, and training from the back of the room techniques - we cover Agile values, principles, Scrum rules, practices, and practical techniques.

Participants unlearn, explore and learn ways to become effective Scrum Masters and help the Scrum Teams to apply Scrum and benefit from it.

After the workshop, the CSM Certification Workshop participants become eligible to appear for the Scrum Alliance‘s Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification exam and upon passing it, they immediately receive the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification.

• Agile principles and values: Agile values and 12 principles which form the overarching idea of becoming Agile. Group exercise.
• Scrum foundation: The three legs of Scrum theory: transparency, inspection and adaptation. Simulation activity – Empirical Process and PDCA cycle.
• Scrum framework: The roles – Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Artifacts – Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Product Increment, and Scrum Events – Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
• ScrumMaster Role Deep Dive: Exercises and videos to explore the ScrumMaster role, challenges, qualities and anti-patterns
• Product Backlog Management: Creating and refining a product backlog.
