A Detailed Level -1 Training into the sights of Contemporary Dance, Kalaripayattu (Martial art form) and Movement  by highly qualified trainer Mr. Ajeesh Balakrishnan with a experience of more than 20 years in the field of dance,He is mainly into Contemporary and Kalaripayattu, He has performed and taken workshops all over the world. He is been associated with Rhythmzz Academy of Dance, Hyderabad for past 5 years.

A 5 days Training 3 Hours Each Day

This Workshop will cover  Level -1 of  :

1.Modern Contemporary
2.Contemporary Dance movement
3.Improvisation
4.Contact Improvisation
5.Flying Low Technique
6.Releasing Technique
7.Indian Martial KALARIPAYATU  (8 - Animal Postures of )

1.After Completing Level -1 training you will get a level -1 completion certificate.
2.Level -2  & above will be in the month of  August and following months.
3.Every level you will get to learn by highly qualified & experienced International trainers from India and Aboard.
4.Going forward we will also be providing training in other Modern Dance forms like Ballet , Jazz, Different Types
Contemporary techniques by Highly qualified International Trainers.
