Recruitment and selection has been every decision maker’s business. While the right to participate in the selection process is legitimate to a manager at interest, the concept of taking for granted that the person would have the skills to interview, assess and select/reject the right person is not necessarily correct.

ABOUT THE CHIEF FACILITATOR
Dr. S. Prabakar Kamath is involved in Human Resource profession since 1977 handling range of HRD activities, Employee Engagement Processes, OD & Training, HR Systems formulation, HRIS and Labour laws. He is an excellent facilitator backed by deep conceptual and practical knowledge gained from the industry over 33+ years of work experience in HR function - and is familiar with emerging concepts and tools.
He has been a partner in facilitating Change interventions for various corporations in India and abroad since 1998. He has also authored a book titled Competency Based Interviewing Skills.
