Join trainer-educator Rosemary Kurian in her session as she leads you into a journey on identifying and shaping your self.
 
This workshop helps you identify the key aspects of the conversations you have with yourself and your world and lets you take a compassionate lead on future dialogues.
 

The workshop starts at 9:30 am and goes on till 2 pm. And here's what you will learn in the workshop. 

  • Open, effective, and compassionate communication.
  • Breaking free of limiting repetitive patterns of communication and behaviour.
  • Enhancing people skills in different contexts.
  • Nurturing meaningful relationships based on mutual respect.

To make it accessible to everyone, we are conducting the workshop in the center of the city at Amethyst in Whites Road, Royapettah.
