About The Event


The Companies Act, 2013 enacted on 29 August 2013 on accord of Honourable President’s assent was a historic milestone in the business landscape of India. The New Companies Act makes the act puts a lot of emphasis on transparency, investor protection and corporate governance. The 2013 Act contains a number of provisions which have implications on fiduties of directors and key management personnel, investor protection and CSR; with all these provisions aiming to enhance the standards of governance in organizations.
