About The Event

Welcome to explore self to become a better thinker, an effective communicator, decision maker, Leader and public speaker.

To be an effective communicator I must change my thoughts. We communicate and act on the basis of our thoughts and knowledge on the subject. It's not what I communicate but how I communicate plays the major role in every relationship.

Though the fault is in every one of us, but no one likes to be blamed and commanded by others including me. If I can communicate without blaming others, I can achieve better results in both personal life and professional life.

Once my thoughts, actions and words I use in my communication with self and others are aligned I become an effective communicator and my productivity multiplies.

I realised when I didn't get the desired result, I was blaming situations, circumstances or other people. Or I justified my failures, and in the long run I became a Victim of my own creation. I escaped from immediate punishment but later on I became sufferer for my own deeds.
The person, who takes responsibility of his actions, becomes the Creator of his own destiny. Unknowing I was playing the blaming game or justifying my failure and I was getting aggressive to prove that 'I was right'. I realised I was victimising myself and losing all relationships including self. I was losing my self-esteem, self-respect and self-confidence.

I was using 'You' to blame others and 'He/ She/ They' to justify my failure. For example, if I was addressing a Public gathering or Press Conference and audiences were not listening to me. I was blaming the Public & Journalists by saying, “You are not listening to me/ You are disturbing me/ You are creating trouble/ You are asking irrelevant questions/ You are provoking me.”; the list goes on.....
Instead of taking responsibility of my failure 'I was not well prepared/ I could not handle my audience'; I was justifying my failure to my Parents, friends and colleagues by blaming the audience and saying that “'He/ She/ They' 'was/ were' not listening to me/ They were
creating trouble/ They were asking irrelevant and provoking questions'
If you analyse the above communication, I was focusing outside people for my failure and I was getting more frustrated. Then I started to observe my thoughts, actions and words that I was using in my communication with self and other. Once I realized I can focus on myself and took responsibility for my every actions and words. My communication changed to 'I' to take responsibility and 'WE' to acknowledge everyone's contribution “I failed to control the crowd/ audience. 'I' was not well prepared.' As I acknowledged my failure and took responsibility; I started investing on self and I improved to the next level.

The most empowering position is to be a CREATOR. To say “I am Responsible for my Life and I will choose how I respond to any situation, so that it does not control me”.

The most rapid and positive changes in our personality and our life come from the way we change our thinking about our possibilities and ourselves. Ultimately I came to the
conclusion:
No one can destroy me but my own thoughts destroy me
Thought x Knowledge x Action = ATTITUDE=Result
If I have positive thought of taking responsibility, I will take positive actions. It leads to positive ATTITUDE and positive Result

Will you take responsibility of your life?
