About The Event

This fitness challenge will have a variety of cross-fit routines. To check and analyze the fittest athletes. The challenges presented in front of the athletes are the obstacle course, numerous patterns of weight lifting, and endurance tests.

Event 1- limping legs (15 mins amrap)

50 ft alternate dumbell overhead lunges

-Male @22.5 kgs

15 Burpees over dumbell

10 alternate hang clean and jerk

-Male @22.5 kgs

Event 2- Raining pain (for time)

30 thrusters

-Male @ 42 kgs

Event 3- Strength war

1 rep max deadlift
