    Terms & Conditions for participants:
  1. Payment: 100% Advance Payment in the form of a company cheque, DD, direct debit is required prior to the starts of the sevent. If paying by cheque please include your name, on the back of the cheque. DD / Cheques are to be made payable to “MEGA Seminars & Conferences”. If paying by direct debit, please ensure the remittance advice includes your organization name, invoice number and attending delegate name -this will avoid delays. Notify Organizers by fax or email of the date of transfer. Bank Transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.
  2. Govt. Service Tax of 12.36% will be applicable extra
  3. Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations:
    1. Cancellation with refund (less 15% administrative fee) is allowed till 31st July 2013.
    2. No refunds will be made after 1st August 2013
    3. If a registered delegate is unable to attend the event for any reason, you can nominate one person in respect of each registered delegate who is unable to attend, as a substitute delegate provided that:
      1. Once a delegate pass has been issued to a substitute delegate he or she may not share that pass with anyone else.
      2. Only one delegate per pass will be issued per person.
      3. The substituted delegate must be from the same organization that purchased the registration.
    4. If you or any of your registered delegates are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may cancel your registration, in writing, without penalty up to 4weeks before the start of the event. The refund will be processed in the cheque manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of INR 500 per ticket
    5. Cancellations between 4 weeks or less from the start of the event will incures a 100% cancellation fee.
    6. No refund on „Non attendance‟ or 'no show'.
    7. Group Discount is not applicable on online booking seats via www.meraevents.com
  4. Name Badge Policy: Badges are necessary to gain access to events. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. One pass per person only.
  5. Use of Logo/Name: The use of the Event/organizers logo/name before during or after the event is strictly forbidden without the written consent.
  6. Right of Refusal: This event is produced by MEGA Seminars & Conferences, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual. Receipt of an application and payment does not constitute acceptance until some form of acknowledgement or acceptance is sent (i.e. confirmation package); applications and payment that are not accepted will be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  7. Privacy: Organizers will use the information obtained from you in this document for the purpose of enabling your attendance at this event, may disclose your information to third party service providers, for example mailing houses and sponsors for this purpose & may also disclose your information to other attendees. BUT will not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your consent except when we are required to do so by law.
  8. Agenda: The organizers, MEGA Seminars & Conferences reserve the right to make necessary changes to the Agenda in order to best suit the objectives of the event. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or re-scheduling or cancellation of a presentation, topic or speaker–in part or whole.
  9. Event Cancellation: If the Conference is cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, Natural calamity, National Security or Acts of God or any other cause not within the control of the Organizers, the producers of the event will be under no obligation or liability to refund the whole or part of such participation fees or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegates or business visitors as the result of the happening or non-happening of the event.
  10. Registering to attend Seminar confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. Registration Fees of Rs. 6500/- (plus Taxes) are applicable to only for corporate participants, who are working in infrastructure, Administration & facility management department.
  12. Single entry Vendor Registration Fees is Rs. 8500/- (Plus Taxes) are applicable to all Consultant, Corporate suppliers, Real Estate Agent, Facility Management Co, Security Agency etc.
