About The Event

Chrysalis – the E-Week of SICSR (Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research) is being held on SICSR campus from 14th Feb to 16th Feb 2015 (9 am-5 pm).

 Chrysalis is a wonderful opportunity for young and promising entrepreneurs to display their potential, share their ideas and explore new horizons. The events conducted shall baseline recruitment prospects for these young minds. Yourpresence will help us drive the event with pronounced enthusiasm. The events are held in association with GNUnify,Arsh, POCC, NEN and Chrysalis.

 

Event Highlights

 

On 14th February 2015:  Internship/Job fair for open-source companies and on

 

On  16th February 2015: Internship/Job fair  from Start-ups on any platform and in any domain. 

 

We also have a Power-packed Panel Discussion on 14 the February 2015 between 4.30PM and 7PM 

 

Renowned entrepreneurs and technocrats will hold a panel discussion on the topic of OEEG – Open Source, Education, Entrepreneurship and Governance.

 

The distinguished panelists include,

 

Ms.  Danese Cooper, a veteran in the open source world, Sun Microsystems' first chief open source officer  and an ex-CTO of the Wikimedia Foundation, 

 

Dr. Anupam Saraph, an innovator, a future designer and a recognized expert on complex systems and 

 

Mr. Prashant Pansare, a successful entrepreneur, experienced IT professional and founder of Inteliment and an active member of Indo American Chamber of Commerce and CII.

 The students of SICSR have put together several events which reflect these themes. Participation is expected from students from all across Pune.

    Description: The Event consists of two rounds testing one's professional ability and his/her skills as an entrepreneur.
    The 1st round is the conference scenario.
