Rules:
Participants are responsible for knowing and understanding the published rules, including any modifications, prior to the event.
Chennai Obstacle run officials reserve the right to modify any event rule at any time for any reason.
Chennai Obstacle Run have the right to cancel, delay, or move the race due to severe weather, national emergency, terrorist attack, earthquake, tsunami, flood, or any other act of god.
All Participants need to complete their registration process and get their tickets at least 60 mins before their run.
All Participants required to be in the arena/ground at least 90 mins before their run.
Tickets once booked can’t be renamed or exchanged to other people. No friendly transfer is appreciated. Tickets can only be cancelled. No refund will be provided.
Make sure to print and pack your wavier, registration barcode and bring a photo ID. You’ ll need them to pick up your packet.
The provided data, photos videos belongs to Chennai Obstacle Run they hold rights to use in any platform (newspaper, television, internet etc.,)
The minimum age to participate is 6 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian to accompany them on the ground. The parent or guardian must sign the waiver during the registration process for any minor.
Registration fees vary and increase based on amenities provided.
Cool and comfy Chennai Obstacle Run T-shirts will be available at the event ground, ticket counter. Early bird offer and spot registration can get their t-shirt free at ticket counter.Exclusive offer tickets t shirts will not be provide they can only buy the t-shirt if available
Each registered ticket can be used only once. Participants can take as many attempts to finish each obstacle but once entered obstacle ground leaving the arena will be considered as quitting the run.
No. We can't overfill any of our waves for safety and liability reasons, and to help with course flow.
All participants mandatorily required to wear running shoes while facing their obstacles.
Participants are required to wear comfortable and appropriate dress for the run.
Use of helmets is mandatory for the participants to use while crossing obstacles. Helmets which is provided to participants at start point need to be returned to event organizer at finish point.
It is necessary to carry an additional set of dress, shoes and towel for the day as per participant’s beneficiary.
The participants can wear additional apparel (gloves, Kneecaps, ankle support, etc..) as per their own preferences to make their event to suit.
Participants must wear the provided bib with number clearly shown on their back. No participant will not be allowed to face obstacle without official bib number.
Trainers &volunteer will be there to guide participants. Participants must bound to obey them for their safety purpose.
People with certain health issues consult your doctor before the participation. Participant register the event with their own risk event organization will not take responsibility for medical expense.
Participants can’t continue their obstacle run until first aid service and approval from the doctor is provided. If any medical accidents take place in crossing the obstacle. Event Team will not take responsibility of any medical issues.
Participants is at the participants’ own risk. The organizer is not liable and does not accept any liability for any damages, by whatever name or nature, suffered by a participant as a result of the participation. The organizer is not liable and does not accept any liability loss, theft, or damage of participant’s properties and/ or any other form of participants and / or (other) third parties. The inclusion of liability also applies possible serious damage such as illness injuries and death.
Chennai Obstacle run reserves the right to close any obstacle for any length time for any reason without regard for such closure’s impact upon the event’s competitiveness.
Each registered participant will be provided with Energy drinks and water throughout the event for facing the obstacle of day with smile.
Participants are requested to not to wear or use expensive gadgets or ornaments while crossing obstacles. Chennai Obstacle run will not take responsibility for loss. Lockers will be available at the ground. Participants can place their belongings in lockers with their own risk/knowledge.
Spectators and participants are forbidden from bringing alcoholic beverages and kind of drug onto the property. If caught participants and spectators will be asked to leave the event. There will be no refund at any case.
Non-participants are strictly forbidden from entering the race course.
Management is not responsible for your missed belongings.
In case of any misbehavior and malpractices, necessary actions will be taken.
Spectators and participants cannot bring animals on to the event ground.
