“Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd” is a research-based organisation which works on training & mentoring Leaders in Corporates, Politics and Public Service. The company specialises in training Leaders in “Aanvikshiki-Strategic way of thinking", under the guidance of its Chief Mentor, Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai. With extensive research of over 25 years and over 100 experts on board across the globe, the organisation has brought out various principles of Leadership as taught by Chanakya in his writing of “Kautilya Arthashastra”. The organisation’s approach to Leadership Development is very unique as it takes the path of philosophical creation and evolution based upon eternal Indian wisdom. This approach is an outcome of a major Research Project in the Department of Philosophy, University of Mumbai which was instituted in August 2010. The project was based on Chanakya’s writings in Kautilya Arthashastra, to create a model of Good Governance for application in Corporates, Politics and Public Services in modern day. 

“Chanakya Leadership Development Program” (CLDP)

It is a 12 weeks Leadership Development Program conducted at a Premier Management Institute in Bandra, Mumbai.

CLDP is designed based on the theory of SAPTANG -
The Seven Constitute Elements of a Business as proposed by Chanakya in his writing of “Kautilya Arthashastra”

It is designed with an unique offering, which will enable all the participants to not only to learn this the theory of “Kautilya Arthashastra”,
but also get present day inputs from experts in each of the said elements about its relevance today.

Conducted every Saturday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM, the first half of session will be dedicated towards Chanakya’s Teachings and the second half will be dedicated towards learning from an Industry expert.

Few of the proposed experts who will be sharing their wisdom in this course are: 

Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai - Chief Mentor of Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd. and Deputy Director of Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies, Mumbai. He is M.A. in Sanskrit and Ph.D. from Mumbai University. Also a well-known Best Selling Indian Business writer known for his award winning books like Corporate Chanakya & Chanakya in You. Dr Pillai is well known as Leadership guru.

D Shivanandhan - Member of special task force of National Security Council (PMO); a Retired IPS officer who last served as the Director General of Police - Maharashtra State. He is one of India's most distinguished and decorated Police Chief who served in various positions like Commissioner of Police - Mumbai, Nagpur city and Thane city. State Commissioner for Intelligence - Maharashtra, Joint Director of the CBI - West Zone, Deputy Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB)

Mr Vivek Krishnani - Managing Director of Sony Picture Entertainment, he has done his MMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Prior to his current assignment he was Head Distribution of FOX STAR Studios and Executive Director Marketing - Asia Pacific for Turner Entertainment Networks Asia.

Dr Shubhada Joshi - Retired Head of Department of Department of Philosophy in The University of Mumbai; has a teaching experience of 37 Years. She is M.A. in Philosophy, Ph.D. from The University of Mumbai and has the sparkling credit of 18 candidates completing their Ph.D. under her guidance. She is also known for starting more than 10 new Certificate & Diploma courses started in the Department of Philosophy. Currently she is serving as a Director of Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies, Mumbai.

Dr Prof Vijay Page - Director General of MET Institute of Management has over 3 decades of industry experience both in Public and Private sector. He has been in senior leadership assignments like General Manager of Delhi Cloth Mills, CMD of Konkan Development Corporation, Managing Director of Gondwana Minerals. He has worked as a Consultant and Entrepreneur in Agri-Business Ventures, Strawberry and Gherkin processing, Rubber and Oil Palm plantations, Dairy Development and Cattle Breeding etc. He is an alumnus of JBIMS (MMS 1968) and holds a Doctorate in Special Economic Zones. He is also a Guest Faculty with Michigan State University (East Lancing USA).
