 How Scrum Works?

 Scrum is an iterative method which inspects and adapt at every step, you collaborate with the customer and constantly include their feedback to create a better product at faster speed.

 What is the role of a scrum master?

 Scrum Masters are the cheerleaders in scrum team. They ensure that the scrum values and principles are followed, they actively work on removing impediments for a faster completion of sprint. They work as a coordinator between Scrum team, product owner and the end customer.

 What is the difference between Agile and Scrum?

 Agile is a broader term which stands for the new method of software development. There are multiple frameworks for software development, such as Scrum, Kanban, extreme programming, TDD, and BDD etc. Scrum is a software development framework in agile which focuses on iterative development with inspect and adapt approach.

 How and when will I receive CSM certification? Who is the certifying body?

 CSM certificate is awarded by Scrum Alliance which is a global not for profit organization promoting scrum and agile. You need to take an online exam in order to receive your certification, the exam link is generated and emailed to you once you have completed the class.

 How many Questions are asked in a CSM exam? What is the pass percentage?

 CSM exam will consist of 35 objective type questions based on the scrum guide and what’s being taught in two days scrum class. You need to score 65% in order to pass the exam. You will get two free attempts to clear the certification.

 Is it an online exam? Where Do I need to go in order to complete it?

 Its an online exam and the exam link comes on your email. The exam can be taken from any computer connected with internet. There is no need to go to any Prometric centre.

 Is this an open book exam?

 Yes, Scrum Alliance has no such restriction, you can refer to the study material provided during your class.

 Is it an easy exam? .ow many people clear it in the first attempt?

 CSM exam consists of questions based on the scrum guide and what is being discussed for two days in a CSM class. The exam is a mix of scenario-based and straight questions. iZenBridge will give you 50+ short quizzes and two full-length exams to practice. Most of our students score 90% or more in the CSM exam.
