Course Overview

Techpeoplz is a Singapore Based Education Provider (REP) of Scrum Alliance equips you through a two-day Certified Scrum Master training. Which is delivered by Scrum Alliance Certified Trainers (CSTs). The classroom training focuses on deep understanding of the three overarching areas of change under Scrum: Iterative Development, Self-Management, and Visibility required for the project success as a Scrum Master. In the classroom, training trainer will also give the comprehensive understanding of the Scrum Methodology alongside reviewing the conduct expected of a Scrum Master. Which is very critical to carrying out your role as a leader in the most efficient manner. The course objective is to make you act as a “servant leader” and helps the team work together & learn the framework. As to protect the team from internal & external distractions. And result in high-performance output & timely delivery of project or services.

Trainer: Devon Morris 

• He is a coach, open space facilitator and certified scrum trainer with over 15 years of experience with Scrum. He has helped with the adoption of Scrum and Agile at numerous companies both large and small. Devon brings this broad range of experience to every training event and coaching session to boost performance when applying techniques. He holds the following certifications - Project Management Professional, Agile certified practitioner and Certified six sigma black belt.
