The Chinese New Year 4-course menu showcases dishes like Clear Soup with Prawns and Scallops or Shimeji Mushroom and Pakchoi followed by Lamb with Vegetable and Pine Nuts and Lychee with Taro Ring in Spicy Curry Sauce.
Main dishes include Baked Silver Cod in Miso Sauce and Wok Fried Chicken in fragrant Chilli Sauce alongside Ginger Fried Rice with Crispy Jasmine Rice and Stir-Fry Ramen Noodles in Spicy Sauce amongst others. These dishes are also available a la carte.
To complete the festive meal, enjoy Golden Halo dessert and 9 Hóu cocktail inspired by the Year of the Monkey.
During this auspicious time, guests will be invited to share their hopes for the New Year by writing their wishes on gold ribbons and hanging them in the restaurant to honour the Chinese wishing tree tradition inspired by the Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees in Hong Kong.
Hakkasan is also giving all guests who dine from the Chinese New Year menu a specially designed Year of the Monkey coin as a gift of good fortune.
