WE REQUEST ALL OUR GUESTS AND CLIENTS TO FOLLOW OUR PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS.

ID cards are required for room guests, camping guests, party guests and will be checked at the resort entrance. ID should be Photo Id Aadhar/PAN/DL.

Entry for children upto age group 5 is free and upto 16 yrs of age will need to be accompanied by parents/ an adult guardian at all times.

A detailed T&C should be sent to each guest and an undertaking should be signed also.

Separate Bands/Cards will be provide for room guests , camping guests and Party guests, if lost will not be allowed for the party.

Alcohol will not be served for customers below 21 years of age and the management has the right to check ID cards.

All Package complete payment to be made during the time of booking which is non refundable.

The Guests are Strictly NOT allowed to carry their liquor in the resort.

Swimming Pool will be closed at 6:00pm on 31st Dec. For 30th and 31st overnight room guests the timings will be ( 7.00 am to 6.00 Pm only )& Swimming Pool dress code should be adhered too i.e Synthetic Shorts and T-shirt (Synthetic Shorts & T-shirts are available at the pool reception on purchase) If any guest found to be unruly behavior/disturbing other guest/creating nuisance ,the resort staff , bouncers and the management have the right to stop serving them liquor or if the behavior goes beyond our control the guest will asked to leave the resort without any refund of amount.

Any damages caused to the resort by the guest/team will be held responsible and the cost for the same will have to be paid.

Resort is not responsible for the guests belongings. For tent guests a common locker room will be provide, hence advised not to carry anything expensive.

In case any disputes the decision of the management will be binding on the customer.
