Career Guidance for Fresh Engineers by Vasudevan Rajagopalan

#WIW is a joint initiative of TalentSprint and HYSEA to bridge the gap between the Industry and soon-to-be professionals. This monthly event provides the necessary exposure for fresh graduates and working professionals on what career opportunity lies ahead for them in the rapidly changing IT Industry.

The format of the event is that the Industry captains address professionals and to be professionals on what the industry expects from their new recruits, how the industry is changing and what are the new trends emerging. Further, they will also cover upcoming career opportunities, both with Indian and Global Perspective.

The distinguished speakers at this event not only have outstanding industry perspective but also understand the ground realities across the Indian educational landscape. #WIW is being done for the benefit of the graduates and people working in the IT industry and is a free event.
