About the course -
A common aeronautics program includes an introduction to the history of both atmospheric and space flight, including the basic elements of aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, rocket propulsion, launch systems, and thermodynamics. Intermediate courses will allow students to further explore the specifics of aerodynamics and current technologies in this field, and hands-on training opportunities may be included. Advanced courses include aviation law and mechanical diagnostics.
About the mentor -
Hemanth- Engineer, Airbus
With 8+ years of progressive experience in the aerospace Industry, Hemanth currently works in the Fluid Dynamics team at Airbus India. With expertise in conceptual & preliminary aircraft design, aerodynamic data generation and analysis using experimental & CFD techniques, dynamic stability analysis and performance calculations for micro and mini UAVs he works as the lead Inventor for an Indian Design Patent for airframe design of Slybird mini UAV developed at CSIR – NAL.
