Cardio Challenge is a fitness awareness program in the form of competition being organised on the 15th of December 2019, bringing together about 600+ fitness enthusiasts on a single platform for a Non-stop fitness session of 75 minutes workout. This workout comprises of Aerobics, Squats, Core Exercises & Fitness Dance. The participants, age group between 18-60 years, shall be from various Fitness Centers/Gyms, Corporates, Prime Residential Complexes & various other groups. The solo winner shall be rewarded a cash prize of Rs. 1 Lac. Apart from the solo winner, we shall also reward the top 10 winners in the form of sponsor gifts. There shall be around 1000+ viewers to cheer the participants in the stadium.
