About the event

Campout by TEXA is a camping event to unwind over the weekends at a beautiful but safe campground in Lonavala. To reconnect with nature and enjoy live music with company of friends whilst also meeting likeminded people from close by metros of Mumbai and Pune.

At our Campout you can expect a leisurely camping weekend along with lip-smacking local food, live acoustic music and a beginner level trek as a cherry on the cake. Enjoy the joys of being in nature without compromising on facilities like electricity and proper built washrooms to relish a curated glamping experience.  

About the venue

The farmhouse has 2 big well-appointed rooms serving as dormitory accommodation for those preferring to stay indoors accommodating 8 people each with one double bed and 3 bunk beds in each consecutively allowing indoor accommodation for 16 people and ideal for large groups wanting to be a part of the event. The indoor accommodation will be made available on first come first serve basis.  Rooms will be given out to large groups or if random people are coming in then accommodation will be bifurcated into 1room for men and 1 room for women. Along with camping tent accommodation for 20 people.

Meeting Point

Meeting point for the event will be directly at the camp grounds as the location is easy to find. One can drive it down directly to the venue by private vehicles or take a train to lonavala station and hire a rickshaw for lohgadh fort. Patrons can also take private cabs(Ola Uber)  from Mumbai and Pune ideally costing 1000 per way to get there.

Itinerary 

Day 1 –

• Arrive at the campgrounds by 1.30PM to 2PM
• Settle in and explore the surroundings
• Lunch will be served by 2PM
• Unwind with board games and plug and play music
• Proceed for Lohagadh trek by 4.30 PM for those who do not wish to do the trek can chill out at the campsite
• Return from Trek by 6PM
• Refresh and relax
• Live music and starters begin from 7PM
• Enjoy live music till 10PM
• Dinner will be served by 9.30PM
• Wind up by 11PM
• For those wanting to party through the night can do so with minimal sound.

Day 2 -

• Wake up at leisure by 8.30 9AM to some amazingly curated Symbian psy music
• Breakfast will be served by 9 am
• Freshen up
• Chill out at the campsite and wake up to an amazing Sunday in nature
• Check out by 12PM and proceed for onward destination.

Terms and Conditions

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Rights of admission reserved
• Ethical behavior is a must
• All patrons must respect the privacy of others
• Irrational and Inappropriate behavior will not be accepted and the clients will be evicted immediately
• Possession of contrabands is strictly prohibited
• We will be serving beverages at nominal rates at the campsite any outside beverages found to be in possession of patrons will be confiscated.
• Gambling on campgrounds is strictly prohibited.
• Any act of stealing small amounts or small articles, larceny, stealing, theft, thievery, thieving will not be accepted and patrons indulging in activities will be prosecuted.
• Clients are expected to keep the campgrounds clean and hygienic
• Any breakage or damage to property will be charged to the clients directly and organizers reserve the right to decide and demand the amount equivalent to the breakage.
• The organizer does not take the responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings or any injury that the ticket holder may accrue at the event.
• Any money given to us will be forfeit if your unable to adhere to the mentioned terms and conditions
• Brief the organizers about any food allergies beforehand.
• Organizer reserves the right to amend alter modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without prior notice.
• All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care; however, no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control.
• Rates are subject to change in case of change in taxes, government taxes.
• Organizer shall under no circumstance whatsoever be liable to the explorer/client/traveller participant or his co-traveler for Temporary or permanent loss/damage to baggage/personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “howsoever caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person.
• Damage or loss caused due to reasons beyond the control of the company (Force Majeure Vis Majeure).
• No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the respective holiday cost and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
• The Users shall hold the organizer its directors, agents, employees fully indemnified and harmless in case any suit, action, application, revision, write petition, execution proceedings, claim, demand or any other legal proceedings are initiated against the organizer its directors, agents, employees due to any action /s of the User in using the website.
• Visuals provided in ads may vary from actual products and differ from expectations of individual perspectives.
• When you go to the mountain leave only your footprints and bring back only memories the leaders decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
• Medical Disclaimer - It’s Important to be fit before going for Treks. It is Important to have a medical fitness check-up done. If suffering from any allergy or ailment, please bring prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heatstroke, severe headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia. Participants suffering from chronic conditions like asthma bronchitis, blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc. should take permission from their physicians before camping
• Jurisdiction - For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tours co-ordinated and/or marketed by organizer the courts, forums and tribunals in Mumbai alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

• 7 calendar days or more prior to the departure of the tour - 100% of the ticket price
• 5 calendar days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the ticket price
• 2 calendar days prior to the departure of the tour - NIL
• The refund will be processed and transferred only 7 days after the event date and within 10 days of the event date.
