Travel Distance (One Way): 60 KMs approx., 70 minsfrom Chandni Chowk, Pune

Event Timeline (Excluding Travel Time): 13^th May 9pm To 14^th May 9am

Self-Travelling option advisable. In that case event cost shall be INR1099/-

10% discount for “Old Friends”, who we already have in our database

Our Fee Includes The Following:

• Travelling To And Fro, From Central Area Location, Pune To Camping Site. This means that if you are availing transport from our end, we shall have pick up routes across your nearby locations. This is not a door to door pick-up, but a central pick-up and drop point shall be denoted from your respective areas.
• Tent Stay (Carry Mat Shall Be Provided)
• Veg Or Non Veg Barbeque Snack
• Veg Or Non Veg Dinner
• Tea & Breakfast For 14th Morning
• Experience, Provisioning, Safety, Leadership & Expertise

Important Notes:

Back pack details, pick up route & timings shall be shared with all registered participants

Please note that there is no partial payment option available.

• Online Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT)
• Online Ticketing portals – Meraevents, Town, Allevents, etc.
• Bank account details shall be shared with you over email, event Whatsapp group, once you express interest to participate

Seats shall be reserved on First Come First Serve basis.

Registrations shall not be entertained post 10^th May 2017

Since this is a camping event, we encourage you to bring your personal musical instruments and be responsible for the same.

You are free to entertain the group with your social skills

Since this is a public event, respect the dignity, age and diversity of all our friends, and ofcourse Mother Nature

This is a strictly “Vegetarian Event” when it comes to smoking, boozing or indulging in non friendly and unsocial  activities. Refrain from such activities while you are with us.

This is a nature event. We expect all members to follow a “NO LITTER” policy. Maintain cleanliness of the site and carry all trash to a disposable area when you get back home.
