Campeasy Hep Nights is a unique experience specially curated for you by CampEasy!

Welcome to our place in the woods, take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints.

For a rejuvenating camping experience, we have our campsite in the midst of the forest, surrounded by hills and covered by the green terrain.The place is very scenic & close to the nature.  One can enjoy the moonlight while sleeping under the stars.

A night which comprises of full of fun events, BBQ, light Music with the amazing camping ambience & most importantly full of surprises.Reconnect with basics of life.

Who are We?

Campeasy is camping gear rental and outdoor experience providing startup (www.campeasy.in)

Event In and Outs:

• 17th November
• You will reach at Assembly point(Anantagiri Forest) by 4:30 for an introduction of whole event.
• Our forest walk to Campsite will start at 5:30  after a quick evening snack.
• You will reach Campsite by 6:30pm
• You will have enteratining games from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Gifts are on us :p
• Have live BBQ from 7:30pm under stars with Campfire
• Entertaining games and unique surprises will continue till 9:30pm.
• Fill your tummy with dinner from 9:30pm TO 10:30pm.
• Entertainment Activities : 10:30pm to 12AM
• Sleep in camping tents under stars at 12AM

• 6:00 AM to 8:00AM - Sunrise Trek
• 8:00AM to 9:00AM - Breakfast
• 9:00AM to 10:30AM - Treasure Hunt
• Back to Hyderabad

Stay:

• Inside Camping Tents (2 sharing, 3 sharing, 4 sharing, 6 sharing available) depends on booking choices - You will be contacted after buying the tickets!

Things To Carry:

• Sports shoes mandatory
• Water bottle
• Sweater/Jacket
• Bedsheet and sleeping aids

Event Etiquities:

• No smoking
• No alocohol
• No sharp objects
• You will be guided immediately if seen violating etiquities

Cancel and Return Policy:

• Ticket once booked cannot be cancelled. However, you can transfer your tickets to others and inform us in advance (2 days prior to the event.
• If under unexpected calamities, if event is cancelled, it will be postponed to nearest possible date
