Business Model Innovation Workshop

In this workshop, you will be exposed to the idea of building businesses that work and what kind of value propositions actually sell. It will be practical and interactive workshop filled with examples of innovative business models. You will gain a good understanding of why business models are important in today’s context and how you can put it right in your favor.


You will apply the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Designer framework to real world ideas and create a business with competitive advantage. After the workshop, you will be ready with basics of business model and how to create winning value propositions

Participants will get a chance to “practice” the design of business model with breakout sessions. You will learn about models that are more successful and what models fails. And, I will share my experience in capturing value in business models. We will also discuss business models of ola cabs, airbnb, lulu, skype and many more

2. How companies are using business model from Fortune 500 to startups and even social enterprises

3. How business models compete in market and understand winning value proposition

-Adapt your startup or idea to successful business model


6. How to innovate on existing business model
