Astha Rajpal – Soft Skills and Corporate Training Consultant

Astha Rajpal has over 10 years of experience in multiple areas within the Learning Development field. She had the enviable opportunity to work on extremely challenging projects which have tested and honed her capabilities in envisioning designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions. She have worked on multiple initiatives spanning the breadth of an intervention right from conducting needs analysis to stakeholder management, to detailed content development using instructional design tools, facilitating workshops, driving sustenance mechanisms, to measuring and reporting learning effectiveness metrics.
