Venue Policy:
Attendees will be notified about venue details either during ticket purchase or via a separate email distributed prior to 30 days before the event. The organizer retains the right to modify the event program, timing, or location. Such changes, if necessary, will not substantially diminish the benefits described for the participant. Attendees will be promptly informed of changes at least one month before the event date.
Student Pass Policy:
Attendees registered under the student pass must present a valid and original College ID card for the current year at the registration desk. If the attendee does not possess a valid ID card, they will be required to pay the price difference for an Individual or Corporate pass (whichever they choose) at the registration desk. Photocopies of ID cards, even if attested, will not be accepted. Students from distance learning institutes are ineligible for the student pass.
Group Booking Policy:
9% to 12% discount will be applied automatically to registrations for groups of 3 or more participants. Refer the banner for more details.
Age Policy:
There is no minimum age requirement. However, to attend and fully engage in the conference, it is recommended to have a basic understanding of communication and some knowledge of information security, or to be enthusiastic about learning and starting your journey from BSides Mumbai.
Privacy Policy:
Registration grants the organizer the right to save and process personal data for accounting, billing, and future event notifications. All participant information will not be shared with any partner/sponsor by the BSides Mumbai Team. BSides utilizes third-party services for website hosting, ticketing, and analysis. Participants are encouraged to refer to the appropriate third-party privacy policies for complete information. These third-party services include Vercel, GitHub, MeraEvents, Google Forms, and Google Sheets.
