About Six Sigma
Six Sigma is a business management program that helps companies bounce back from financial and organizational losses by pinpointing and rectifying defects. To accurately implement the business management program, there are individuals ranked at certain levels of Six Sigma Certification. These levels progress from white belt, yellow belt, green belt to black and master black belt. The Green Belt or SSGB works under a Black Belt. This team of certified individuals is able to implement this methodology, collect vital data and effect positive change in a company.

Sivaraman Sundar is a Master Black Belt with two decades of experience in BPO / ITES, IT, Manufacturing and Automotive industries. He has worked in various large organization and MNCs in senior management role and his last stint was General manager (Quality& Training) in Accenture. Siva has experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma deployment in 8 companies from Medium to Large scale and F&A, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, collections, manufacturing, automotive and Publishing Domains. He has trained more than 750 professionals and successfully mentored 230 Lean Six sigma projects to closure with a net saving of $ 6.5 million.
Certifified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will be issued.
