Brand Premiumisation Strategy is a communication strategy that helps sell the products (or services) under a given brand name at a better price without changing the core product (or service). You can use the strategy in B2B as well as B2C businesses, for products as well as services, and also for your corporate brand. The principles remain the same.
Brand owners or managers are often compelled to sell their products or services at prices lower than expectation. This discounting takes place primarily because of competitive pressure and the inability to project the brand at a higher perceived value. The perceived value can be improved, and profitability of the brand’s business can be increased. Brand Premiumisation Strategy directly adds to the bottom line.
