The Daftar is back with yet another power packed Brainathon, and this time we have our very own coworkers - Bhinoy onboard, with their startup venture - Teresa's Learning Centre (TLC).
TLC is a Pune-based independent consulting firm that helps companies build individual, team and organisational capability through effective communication. They are empathetic, active listeners approaching each new project as an opportunity to make a difference. Everything we do is measurable and transparent.
Within the organisation, poor communication results in a lack of alignment between leadership and workforce, between managers and teams, and within teams. Business plans remain paper dreams because of a lack of organisation-wide clarity about agenda and objectives. Even motivated and engaged employees find it difficult to stay in step with the company.
TLC does not work as vendor, but rather help you achieve your capability
agenda.. They apply their expertise in language and communication skill development, need-based training and role-rank competency benchmarking within your company, to help you build individual, team and organisational capability.
Building language and communication capability within an organisation has two clear outcomes:

Our skill development programs include training for cross-cultural sensitivity, presentation skills, time-management, delegation, informed decision making, assertive communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, neutrality and POV.
About the Speaker & His ASKs:
Bhinoy is a former software engineer who found his calling helping people communicate more effectively. TLC is his tribute to his teacher, Teresa Lobo, whose influence he credits with the successful entrepreneur and good human being he is today.
Bhinoy has spent the last six years applying his own experiences in the workplace to develop programs backed by proven methodologies and intertwined with his dance and theatre training. His gregarious personality and passion for teaching drive his mission to help “his tribe” as he calls them, to communicate more effectively.
