• NON   REFUNDABLE PASSES
• Once purchased this ticket cannot be refunded / returned/exchanged in lieu of cash or any other mode.
• No Third party collection for tickets areallowed .
• The company reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or threatening.
• Any damages to Property, Management, Guests or Supplies at the event will lead to immediate expel and compensation for the damage will be recovered from the person responsible immediately at the venue.
• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled instruments, dangerous and illegal substances.
• Free Seating does not entitle any guest with particular seating arrangements
• It is strictly forbidden for Any Guest to take hotel/event property outside the premises of the function area.
• Only one entry and one exit is allowed per ticket. Re-entry will invite a new purchase of ticket.
• Hotel or Event Company is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Your Security is our prior concern (please cooperate with security checks)

• The hotel / event company may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture for event purposes without any compensation.
• Venue Owner/Event Organizer/Event Manager may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, Government regulations or any other causes beyond his reasonable control without any refunds.
