It is an art, built on body language and expression. And this is your chance to step into its secret world. Your Introduction to Kalaripayattu will begin with a brief background of this ancient technique, its origins and the correct way to say it. Next, you will join the class for a series of warm-ups and stretches. Flexibility and fluidity are the essence of Kalaripayattu, and these exercise are essential to your learning. Your Kalaripayattu session will not include
combat training, and you won’t be jumping into the air with a sharp sword either! You will learn the very moves that are the foundation of this beautiful martial art, giving you a chance to truly understand this incredible practice. And enjoy a workout will have you sweating for more.
