11. Measuring Vitamin C
12. Determining Iodine Content of Salt
13. Testing food for protein, starch, chlorides, sugars, etc.
14. How Sugar Content Changes in Ripening Fruit?
15. Water Analysis
16. Diffusion using dialysis tubing
17. Extracting more juice from fruit using pectinase
18. Gel electrophoresis
