Bhuta Shuddhi.

The basis of all creation, including the physical body, is the five elements – earth, water, wind, fire and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.There is a whole system of yoga called Bhuta Shuddhi, which means “purification of the elements.” 

The Bhuta Shuddhi process offered by us provides a unique opportunity for everyone to benefit from this deep yogic science, which otherwise requires intense sadhana. 

 Bhuta Shuddhi

  • Keeps the system in harmony and balance 
  • Prepares the system to handle powerful states of energy 
  • Enhances the capabilities of the physical body, mind and energy 
  • Creates the basis to gain complete mastery over the human system

Terms & Conditions

1 Please maintain the empty stomach condition which means

Full meal - 4 hours gap

Snack (if skipped a meal) - 2 1/2 hours

Beverage(Tea, coffee) - 1 1/2 hours gap. Water is OK (you can add very little honey or fresh lemon to water if you want)

2 You will be sitting in a cross-legged position for about 1 1/2 hours. So if you wish to, you can carry a cushion. Also please carry a bed sheet or a bed spread which you can fold and convert into a comfortable seating arrangement. 

3 Age limit – 14 and above
