With around 7 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Padmavathi has worked from the tactical to the strategic end of UX
She has played multiple roles with hands-on experience in UX Delivery Management, UX Strategy/Estimation, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User Research and Usability testing
She started her career with Cognizant, then moved to Deloitte Consulting as a UX Consultant
Currently, Padmavathi is leading the chat product Freshchat at Freshworks and is also involved in User research, Usability testing and UX strategy
