About the workshop -
Fusing the flow of contemporary, with the pops from urban - Belly Tempop is a module designed by Aastha Gulati wherein she merges contemporary and funk in her belly dance technique to come up with choreographies and pieces which look slightly quirky and unique.
The idea is to use different positions and levels in the body and to be able to break those movements to come up with something different.

Aastha Gulati is a professional dancer-choreographer since 2000 and has trained in various dance forms under renowned professionals.
she is also a fitness instructor for the past 8 years and blends yoga, pilates, stretch work and zumba.
She also conducts knowledge and awareness talks and is a spiritual wellness trainer for the past 9 years.

o Transparent Dreams, Noor-e-Jannat - Live choreography with Pakistani singers (Sufi), a National event performed at the Red Fort which took place for the first time in 350 years in October 2006
o Transparent Dreams, Heart soul Rock and Roll - Show performed at Sri Fort Auditorium in December 2005
o Performances in Kamani auditorium and India Habitat Center
o Performance at FICCI for Indo-Pak meet
o Performance in the Johnny Walker Fashion Week
o Performance in collaboration with Indian Oil Corporation
