As you know, Even after 5 years of its pronouncement, the 'Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013’ is yet to reach the desired level..!
Though, among many reasons attributed to this, the most significant is many of business units do not know how to comply the provisions of the Act as there are no sufficient number of 'experts' in this area..!
This is unfortunate..!
Keeping the above in mind, VLegal, (an Institution empanelled by Govt.of India to impart the trainings under the Act), organising a Two Days Workshop, at Bengaluru on 6th & 7th September, 2018
The objective of the workshop is to create more experts on the subject so as to enable them to conduct awareness program, independently.
