(Strictly Applicable to All Participants)
The following rules are mandatory for all students/participants. Compliance is strictly required throughout the duration of the event and stay.
1. Code of Conduct & Responsibility
All participants are expected to maintain proper discipline and professional conduct at all times.
Any misconduct, indiscipline, security issue, medical issue, untoward incident, or violation of rules will be solely the responsibility of the concerned student/participant.
Students must follow all instructions issued by the organizers and authorities without exception.
2. Prohibited Substances & Activities
Consumption or possession of alcohol, smoking, drugs, or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises and on campus.
Gambling, weapons, fireworks, or any unlawful activities are strictly not permitted.
Any participant found violating these rules may face strict disciplinary action, penalties, and immediate cancellation of accommodation.
3. Safety & Fire Regulations
Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Use of electric heaters, stoves, induction plates, or any open flames inside rooms is not allowed.
All participants must comply with safety rules and emergency protocols at all times.
4. Identification Requirements
Students must carry their college ID card at all times during the visit.
Participants must also carry their Aadhaar card for identification and verification purposes when required.
5. Accommodation & Interaction Policy
Entry to accommodation premises is strictly limited to registered and paid occupants only.
Allowing non-accommodated individuals inside the premises will result in additional charges and strict disciplinary action.
Students must not interact with other hotel residents.
In case of any issue, concern, or emergency, students must immediately contact the designated Azeotropy Team coordinators and must not directly approach hotel staff unless instructed
6. Personal Belongings & Liability
The Hotel and the Azeotropy Team shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables.
The safety of personal belongings is solely the responsibility of the owner.
7. Medical & Emergency Responsibility
In case of any accident, injury, medical situation, or emergency involving a student, the responsibility shall lie solely with the concerned student.
All medical expenses, hospital charges, and emergency service costs must be borne entirely by the student.
8. Damage to Property
Any damage caused to hostel/hotel property, including fixtures, furniture, electrical installations, CCTV systems, washrooms, or other infrastructure, will be assessed by the hotel team.
The repair or replacement cost assessed by CETTM shall be final and binding and must be paid by the student before check-out.
9. Right to Cancel Accommodation
The Hotel and the Azeotropy Team reserve the right to cancel or withdraw accommodation in cases of:
Violation of safety or conduct rules
Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions
No refund will be provided if accommodation is terminated due to rule violations.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the event and availing accommodation, all students agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in strict disciplinary action, penalties, or immediate removal from accommodation.
