Awareness Workshop on Key Retail Regulations

In the light of rapid amendments in key regulations impacting retail, compliances are very critical and challenging. After the tremendous response in Delhi, Retailers Association of India (RAI) is organizing one-day awareness workshop on the Key Retail Regulations on 28th March 2019 in Mumbai.

The objective of the Workshop is to understand the existing regulations and build an awareness of the proposed modifications for a comprehensive regulatory regime in India. This will also serve as a platform to debate regarding the modifications required in these regulations.

• Compliance and challenges in Legal Metrology and Packaged Commodities Regulations
• Labour law compliance with a special Focus on the Minimum Wages Act
• Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH)
• Maharashtra Mathadi Act, 1969 and the way forward
