About The Event

Terms & Conditions

·         Please carry valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e-ticket print out.

·         Kid ticket is applicable for children between the ages of 5-12 years.

·         Room Package includes couple ticket for the event + room + breakfast buffet.

·         Room Package - Check in & Check out time- 2:00PM - 12:00PM

·         P & D Valid on purchase of 2 couple tickets or multiple of 2 couple tickets or 4 stag tickets or multiple of 4 stag tickets.

·         Guests must directly coordinate with the cab provider for the cab movements if they opt for P & D service.

·         P & D service not valid on room Package.

·         We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue.

·         Entry to the venue starts at 7:30 pm onwards.

·         Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

·         Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside the venue.

·         Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.

·         No re-entry is permitted for the entire period of the event. Wristbands will be cut by the security team in case a customer wishes to exit the venue during the period of the event.

·         Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA).

·         Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.

·         Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

·         Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

·         First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.

·         Any disputes to be settled under Bangalore jurisdiction courts only.

·         All tickets are inclusive of Taxes.
