Michelle Perez Patel is the founder of SatisFIND®, a customer experience platform for mystery shopping present in the Philippines, Singapore and India. Her expertise is in customer insighting and brand management prior to starting her own company in 2005.
Her passion for research mixed with her entrepreneurial spirit has made her the pioneering voice in the field of Customer Experience in the Philippines. She was a consultant to the Philippine Department of Tourism, and one of the startup mentors at Kickstart Ventures, a corporate VC based in the Philippines.
