• If anyone is late than 15 mins, then it is not Guava Trips responsibility to reschedule their tour or refund them.
• Trips can be cancelled or rescheduled in case:

 The weather conditions are not safe or conducive for walking. If no alternatives are made, refunds will be available.
 If the walk gets cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

• All bookings need to be done online. Tickets once booked will not be refunded or exchanged. Double check the amount before confirming your booking.
• Children below 6 years do not require any tickets.
• All walkers are advised to be present at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point.
