For E-posters Guidelines:

1.       Presentation can include upto 2 slides excluding titles slide.

2.       The first slide of presentation should include E-poster title, list of authors and affiliations.

3.       Each slide should include running title as a header

4.       MS Power-point format of E-poster will be acceptable.

5.       Images and tables can be added to improve documentation of the E-poster.

6.    Formatting Tips:

Less is more. Be clear and concise with poster design and content. Overcrowding a poster makes it difficult to read. Use fonts that are large enough to read at a distance.Include the title and name(s) of the presenter(s) in larger, bolder font than the rest of the poster. Provide clear labels or headings for each section of your presentation."A picture's worth a thousand words." Imaginative use of captioned illustrations, photographs, graphs, or other types of visually appealing material is an extremely effective mode of communication in a poster presentation. Make your final conclusions or summary a concise statement of your most important findings.

7.    Please note that posters will not be displayed as hard copies and poster boards will not be provided. Remember contrast. Put light-colored fonts on dark backgrounds and dark fonts on light-colored backgrounds so that your viewer can see your text clearly.

8.    These are single slide posters and templates  are  attached for your assistance .Set the page size to 36.5"W and 20.5"H.Use a minimum font size of 32 points. Don't overcrowd the slide.

9.    General specifications

v  The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42” (Diagonal) LCD

v  File format should be Powerpoint (.PPT)

v  Total size of the presentation should not exceed 10 MB.

v  Maximum number of slides per E-poster: 2 (Two)

v  All slides should be in landscape format

v  Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only.
