The body is our self in the world. We live our lives in and through body. Our psychic and spiritual life is intimately linked to body, expressed and revealed through it. It is the canvas that divulges how we live and what our relationship with our self and the world is. Often times we inhabit it, but are split off from it, cut off from a vital source of consciousness. Body is the material dimension of spirit.
In a two day experiential workshop we will discover this interwoven psyche-soma connection. Flowing back and forth between our inner life and its lived experience in the body, we will also explore how the body- self is intimately linked to nature and the infinite, who are our Mother and Father, and of whose flesh-spirit, our body-self is made of.
